West Florida Flames offers a Co-Ed Adult Recreational Soccer League at the East Lake Sports Complex in East Lake. The league is for players that have reached their 18th birthday.

Game format is 8-V-8 on a 75 x 50 yard field with a goalkeeper.

This will be a 6-Game season beginning in March with all games played on Friday night.

The registration fee is $65.00 and the fee includes a team jersey.
