Team Check In Information – Adidas Kick and Scream

Please review all of the information below:

All teams will check in online by October 26, 2016.

Electronic Check In – Deadline for E-Check In is Wednesday October 26th at 5 pm

Check in is through your Got Soccer team account.   Under “Event Registration History”, click on Adidas Kick and Scream.  Click on the documents tab on the far right.  This is where you will upload your documents.  All documents MUST be a PDF.  Don’t upload each page separately.  Any team NOT following these instructions will not be considered checked in.  We will upload the stamped, approved roster when your check in is complete.  Print four copies of the stamped, approved roster and bring to each of your scheduled tournament games.  Medical releases no longer need to be checked but you MUST have them on hand at each game.

If you forget the rosters we can provide copies at $5 per copy.  You CAN’T play without a stamped, approved roster.

  1. Official State Roster(event roster generated from the team account) or US Club Roster or National organization roster (if other):  with all players that will be playing on the roster – including guest players – can be written in:  all players need to have uniform numbers on the rosters.  All coaching staff that will be in the bench area must be on the roster.  Guest players from outside of the club will need guest player forms.  Guest player forms, medical releases and player passes for guest players should be at the end of each document.
  2. Player and Coach ID cards – we need the front of all player and coach cards scanned and sent in. Player ID cards need to be organized in alphabetical order by last name
  3. DO NOT SUBMIT documents electronically until ALL documents are ready – submit everything at one time!
  4. You will receive confirmation within 7 days if everything is approved or if anything is needed.
