West Florida Flames U.S. Soccer Development Academy Announcement
West Florida Flames announces the overall program structure for the 2017-2018 U.S. Soccer Development Academy Program. The West Florida Flames Development Academy structure will consist of 12 teams, overseen by Program Coordinators Jorge Zavala and John Clare. Diagram below outlines the Academy structure.

West Florida Flames will offer opportunities within the Pre-Academy teams for players designated as Developmental Players for the Academy season. These 5 teams will compete in high level leagues and national showcases/tournaments.
The Development Academy Program will be a collaborative coaching program focusing on proper player development while working together to emphasize the DA player standards. Our Academy Staff will include:

Randy Belli - Primary 1999/2000
Grandy Streets – Assistant Staff Coach
Dale Buterbaugh – Assistant Staff Coach
Fred Dikranian – Pre-DA Head Staff Coach (2005 & 2006 Brandon Campus)
Chris Robinson – Pre-DA Staff Coach (2006 East Lake Campus)
The Pre-Academy Staff will be aligned with Academy coaches to assure standards and player development initiatives are being met.
