Developmental Academy/Future Flames – East Lake Campus

West Florida Flames Developmental Academy Program is a professionally coached training and small-sided games program.  The program is offered twice a year in the fall and spring.  It is designed for the more committed player in the U6–U13 (Fall) and U6–U13 (Spring) age groups that is seeking professional training and better competition.  The format is one day a week of professional training and a weekend game in which the players are split into different teams each week to play small-sided games.  Many players participate in both the Fall and Spring Developmental Academy in addition to the Winter Classic recreational season.  The Developmental Academy Program is ideal for the player that already knows they want to try-out for the West Florida Flames Elite/Competitive soccer Program.

The West Florida Flames Developmental Academy is one of our most popular recreational programs attracting players from the entire region.  The goal of our Developmental Academy is to introduce skills and technical development in an effort to bridge recreational players to a higher level of performance.  This 6-week session is action packed with theme based training by our professional staff.  The Academy format meets twice per week with players working themes and playing mini-games with staff coaches encouraging techniques learned along the way.  The Developmental Academy is available for U6 through U13 and costs $140 per child.

Fall Developmental Academy: The Fall Developmental Academy begins on in mid-September and is designed to coexist with all Classic Programs.

Spring Developmental Academy: The Spring Developmental Academy begins in March and is designed to give our recreational participants a good preparation for competitive try outs.
